Day 1: The Call to Repent and Return
Scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV)
"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
Devotional Thought:
The Lord is calling us to return to Him in this season. He desires our hearts to be realigned with His will. Like King Hezekiah, we must return to doing what is right in God’s sight. The Lord is seeking a remnant who will stand for righteousness and tear down the “high places” of compromise in their hearts and lives. This isn’t just about the world around us, but about our personal repentance. Today, take time to examine your heart and tear down anything that is hindering your walk with God.
Prayer:
Father, I humble myself before You. Help me see the areas of my life that need repentance. I choose today to return to You and Your ways. Purify my heart and set me on the right path. Amen.
